what was good at the Aldeburgh Food and Drink Festival

Where : Aldeburgh, Suffolk, UK
When : 25 - 26 September 2010

Here's what I liked :

Sweet and buttery.
I could have eaten it by the spoonful.
Very good if you want something different.

There are lots of good chutneys around. This is one of them.
Plus, it has no preservatives and comes in a nicer jar.
Who doesn't appreciate packaging?

Check their website for more flavours.
They have a special Beer Chutney on special order.

An original granny idea to stop kids from eating sweets.
Lots of good variations with the usual spicy Cajun option.
What the Crunchy Bites look like.

Hemp food products are still difficult to come across unless you trek to a really good health food store.
The you buy it and don't really know what to do with it.
Try this, it's much easier.

They look like a small time producer.
They are a small time producer, which is why they are still big on quality and taste.
Everything is real.
My favourite of the lot.
Perhaps even my favourite out of the entire festival.

There are lots of chocolate cookies and cakes that look chocolaty but turns out to be such a disappointment.
This is not one of them.
