money does grow on trees.

There is so much free fruit, flowers and herbs growing around it is unbelievable.

Anyone industrious enough can make a lot of money just processing the free stuff at zero cost and selling it at a profit. Sometimes these don't even need to be processed, just picked and packaged. We've picked so much plums, crab apples, mulberries to turn into jams for sale.

I am surprised no one has thought of setting up a brand and coming up with an entire range for what can be picked. If anyone is interested, here is an idea :  Brand it "Shrub Grub".

I'll take 10% and credits for the name. Thanks.

Elderflowers picked to make cordial.

Blackberries.

Sloes.

Plums. All these from a short stretch of road. And there were still a lot more.

Mulberry from a tree in a car park.

Pears from Stuart's mom.
